'The stay was comfortable and the room was good. I wanted to extend my stay by one additional day and neither the reception nor the Duty Manager could help me. It was quite odd as every other similar hotel would have simply added the additional day and closed it. I finally got it done through an online aggregator and my stay was seamlessly extended in the same room. Left me wondering what the issue was in the first place. I wish they had done a better job with this aspect. '
