« Great hotel in a very good location. Helpful staff! »

« Lodge staff were helpful and location was great . Unfortunately hallways smelt of mildew and felt very humid and we had an awful bug "ROACH" problem in our room in building C . This was our first visit to the lodge and we will not be visiting again due to poorly maintained pest control . staff was unable to give us another room and instead sent maintenance to spray . Sadly it didnt help much so we were not able to finish our stay due to the issue . »

« Hôtel très bien situé à Helen. Chambre (je pense rénovée récemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est très bien et tous les produits d’hygiène sont disponibles. Le petit plus à 4 est que le lavabo est à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. En points à améliorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit déjeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait être plus conséquents. »

« Jan at the front desk was the first person we encountered and she set the stage for our fabulous 4 day stay. She was attentive, friendly and ever so helpful insuring our stay was as wonderful as we imagined. The spa professionals were skilled and committed to hospitality and excellence. Kaily and Carigan were absolutely outstanding technicians. I HIGHLY recommend the head spa, peptide facial and hydrating body wrap. These will change your life!!! Our bungalow was just across from the chapel....

« Great customer service. A beautiful and unique facility. Staff met us in parking area to help with luggage. Provided a great over view of the facility and amenities. Walked us to our room and explained the room amenities. Quiet and very unique. Provided a served hot breakfast in a central room. The owner/builder ate with us each morning providing a wonderful explanation of the building and its plans for future developments. Facility is 6 minutes away from Central Helen. Great location. « Love the warm and personal service from the owners/employees. Food is always above and beyond delicious. Wonderful coffee always available. Evening treats are really tasty. The rooms are spacious and the mountain view is beautiful. The location is convenient to Helen and other north GA locations We had the Victorian Suite and access to the entire top front balcony. Thought it might be noisy at night but not a problem. We did have a few wasps that they came and sprayed quickly. We really love...
