« Hôtel très bien situé à Helen. Chambre (je pense rénovée récemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est très bien et tous les produits d’hygiène sont disponibles. Le petit plus à 4 est que le lavabo est à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. En points à améliorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit déjeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait être plus conséquents. »

« The hotel is styled with the German Alpine theme throughout Helen. It is in the downtown district with restaurants and shops. I would want to stay here for the convenience of getting around and the clean comfortable room again. »

« Front desk employee was amazing. She checked us in and also printed/shared the history of Helen. She was very sweet. The breakfast employee was also sweet and polite. The building is outdated in places, it can use an outdoor facelift ans new windows. The pool area can use some fresh paint and a good pool cleaning and painting update. The bathrooms were clean and updated. The room were clean, but can also use some updated paint and fresh flooring. We wish we had more time to explore the...
