Everything about it was perfect, so clean and off the beaten path with only a few cabins around it so it was extremely quiet which is what we were looking for but still very close to Cleveland and Helen for all the attractions. The host was so easy to communicate with and responded immediately when messaged with any questions. We are already looking forward to booking again next year.'

'The host is very communicative and helpful, really terrific. The place is very well kept, and everything as advertised. But there were a few things that were less than perfect. The kitchen counters were dirty - my wife felt she had to clean them as soon as we arrived. We then went to wash the dishes we would use, but the dishwasher wouldn't catch so we spend about 15 minutes until we finally got it to start. We simply could not get it to start when we left so we called and they responded...

'Every one of the dishes were coated with some sort of milkey crust. The skillet was so nasty it still had dried eggs in it. The dishes that we used I soaked them in hot soapy water and scrubbed them in order for us to eat out of them. The icemaker never worked. The pool table well you had to open the fridge door in order to shoot at that end of the table. This was the worse experience of a cabin we have ever had.
