'This is a great hotel. Been staying there since it was opened in the 70s. Was glad to see it was refurbished years ago. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Climate control worked well. Ample parking. Staff was very attentive. Good location away from the bustle of downtown Gatlinburg but right on the free trolley stop.'

'It was so nice having the waterpark on site, the kids loved it. We had the room with the bunk beds for kids and they loved having their own space. I do wish that a few more things were included with the cost of the stay, almost everything to do on site cost extra and adds up fast.'

'Kid friendly happy place resort. Spacious room. Helpful staff. Unfortunately, we had ants in our room that we discovered the first night after unpacking. The resort offered to spray our room which we declined because we didn’t want to be exposed to the spray. They also offered to find us a similar room, but with 6 people that already unpacked, we decided to stay where we were. 'Een heerlijk hotel,prima en zeer schone kamer.ontbijt was goed het hotel is voor iedereen dus ook veel kinderen..hou er rekening mee dat als je rust wilt dit dan niet het perfecte hotel is.er is altijd wel iets van geluid van bezoekers.dit vond ik niet storend. Het hotel is heel gezellig en heeft diverse zitjes. Ik kom graag terug'

'The hotel was so nice, clean, convenient, and had great amenities, with choices of views, multiple bars/eateries, coffee shop, rooftop pool overlooking the Island and water show. The rooms had everything we needed and even an in-room jacuzzi tub. We were able to access the hotel from various places in the island(very helpful when super hot or in sudden rain showers. The valet service was quick and very convenient.'

'Room was clean and parking was plenty and easy to find. Breakfast was ok, it didn’t change from one day to the next but it’s a quick place to grab something before going about your adventures. The free trolley to take you all over Gatlinburg is right in front of the hotel. It’s very close to the places to go to such as Annekesta and skypark. Not too far away either from the trails of Smokey Mountain National Park'
