« This is a beautifully and tastefully restored boutique hotel in historic downtown Elkins. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are very nice. The hotel has a wonderful bar and restaurant, and the food is superb. This was my 3rd stay at the Tygart. I will definitely be going back, and I highly recommend it! »

« It was the perfect size for my daughter and I. It was 1 room with 2 beds, a kitchenette with a full sized fridge, double recliner, and bathroom with a shower. The owners were great and any communication was quick. We absolutely loved the double recliner. It was so comfy! The location was great. We had no trouble finding it. There are a decent amount of steps to get to the door, but they were spaced out nicely with a few "landings". It was very clean and quiet. Not much traffic on the road in...

« Spotless, cozy cabin with everything you needed. Fire pit, Grill, covered hot tub, store, laundry, picnic table all within steps of the cabin. Super quiet at night with nothing but the beautiful sound of the river just a stone’s throw away. The windowed porch at the entrance was very convenient as well. And whatever you needed that you didn’t have, the town of Elkins was just up the road less than 15 minutes away while still giving you the enjoyment of a remote river canyon. Can’t say enough...

« We wanted to get away from the heat and we found a great spot for that at Glady Hideaway. Totally shaded and much cooler than out in the sun. We also like to get away from hustle and bustle when we vacation. Glady Hideaway is perfect for that. Small town Elkins nearby had everything we needed: grocery store, gas station, brewery (Big Timber Brewing $5 draft beer!), and coffee shop (Tip Top). « David and Debbie went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The cabin is well maintained and has everything you need. Close enough to Elkins and surrounding attractions, but far enough out of the mix. I'd recommend to anyone. »
