« Very clean and comfortables beds are great »

« I booked a room online for my parents who are in their 80’s. I requested a handicapped room on the first floor. That request was only granted when my mother fell attempting to get up the stairs (no elevator). The room was dark and drab with an unpleasant odor. Very outdated! »
