'Property was simple but well maintained. It is the best hotel value in Llano in my opinion. However, better quality soap and shampoo would be appreciated'

'Stayed three nights and had contact with three different people on staff. All were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and seemed secure. Parking lot was clean and well lighted. Room was insulated pretty well in terms of sound but it is difficult to compensate for some guests who just don’t care about someone else’s stay.'

'Overall, the condo was nice. However, the big disappointment is that the shower drain did not drain properly and the shower floor would fill and flood into the bathroom within about 5 minutes in the shower. To me, this is just about as bad as staying somewhere that the toilet doesn’t work in. To stay in a place this nice, the expectation would be that at least those basic necessities work flawlessly. Very disappointing and I’m not so sure that I would stay there again.'

'Rooms are amazing, clean, comfy, relaxing! Staff is amazing Emmet was wonderful to us he made us delicious breakfast in the mornings! Pool is also wonderful, and relaxing with beautiful flowers around the property and pool! This place is a wonderful place to get away from the city and just unwind and spend some quality time with your partner or family... '

'Hotelkamer is prima, alle faciliteiten. Er wordt niet schreeuwen de kastjes gepoetst en in Texas kan dat wel eens leiden tot een beestje hier of daar (dood). Ontbijt is goed en hotel lift in de buurt van alle bezienswaardigheden.'

'The condo was very nice. Just as pictured. We arranged for the stay through Expedia. I will mention that the primary bedroom faced the outside deck and did not have curtains or blinds installed on the door to the deck, exposing the inside of the room to the outside world. Also noted, there was no iron/ironing board provided. Other than those two items, the condo was lovely. Should also note…. The check in info details came very late prior to the stay… largely due to a fairly rigorous...
