'De locatie ligt iets buiten het centrum ( 5 min met de auto). Goed voor n stopper. Jammer dat er geen stoelen op het terras of aan de rivier stonden. Aanrader is het restaurant Lucia in het centrum.'

'The Abner Hotel is beautiful, very clean, and has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, everything was great, and we had a very pleasant stay.'

'Sunnyside area could use some updating. The carpet seemed to be worn and drapes looked old.'

'Almost everything was really great, and I would definately return again. The only minor critique is that there was no coffee machine in our room, and no coffee machine on the landing between the rooms. The machine in the study/sitting area only provided tea or instant coffee. The only real coffee available is if you go into the breakfast room, and then you have to wait for it to be served to you. When we do return I will simply bring a coffee maker with me, but that is annoying.'

'The staff the rooms the atmosphere location the FOOD. Well deserved best hotel in the state by far.'

'The room had a strong mildew smell that caused me to be congested when in the room.'

'Comfortable and friendly'

'This property is conveniently located close to Kent Falls State Park. The owners are very friendly and chatted with us at checkin and during breakfast. Restaurants and stores are in Kent, about 6 miles away. Breakfast is included: cereal, juice, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pastries, coffee, and tea. Our room did not have a dresser but other rooms, which had 1 bed instead of 2, did. The heater was noisy but it worked fine and kept the room warm. The bathroom is tiny. There is a nice room to...

'Keep your expectations low and you will be happy. It provided what I needed at the end of October. Warm Room with a bed, mattress was so so at best. A bit spendy for an evening.'

'There are no many options to stay over in that area so we had to stay there. This place is to be used by couples for a few hours. Bathroom, floors, walls, bed, etc. Discussing. We brought our own sheets just in case and I’m glad we did. Don’t stay here if you can avoid it.'
