'Checking in was awful as they tried to sell us a more expensive room with all kinds of excuses. Fine if you want to upgrade us for free, but don’t start with all the nonsense. The rooms are in need of an update. Would not stay here again.'

'The pictures online were very misleading. The property outside was quite overgrown and unappealing. The ice machine was broke and it was a struggle to find anyone to get us ice from the bar area. Missing floor tiles in the bathroom. Cob webs in the room. Broken beer bottle and chair on our patio. Over all pretty disappointing..'

'We booked for 5 but there was no extra bed available for the 5th person. The carpet was sticky. The coffee was terrible. The wifi is only free if you give all your information to sign up for their priority program.'

'Homeless man sleeping in the stairwell. doors open when supposed to be key card locked. This made my stay feel very unsafe considering i have children'

'Our room floor was soaked. The bathroom fan was missing in the cabinet. The shower ceiling had water damage and a huge hole that needed to be patched. The air ran and because the floor wax so wet it was like sleeping in a steam room. For the price. Very disappointed. Put in a room the apparently wasn’t finished being fixed.'

'Great location. Close to dunes, beaches, pier,marina, fishing, restaurants. With a great restaurant/bar on site. Room was clean and well maintained. Watching the bridge rotate was cool. This is a contactless property and fine by us.'

'The hotel was wonderful. The coffee was pretty good for hotel coffee. Everything was clean and staff was helpful. We stayed in a room with one of the jet tubs and it was clean and very relaxing.'

'The place was under construction and the room was dirty. Towels weren’t even provided. I checked in, checked out the place, and left to find a better hotel. There was no was I was spending the night in that room.'
