'Breakfast was extraordinary!'

'Air conditioner did not work in our room. Went down to get a key to check on another room and there were people in 2 other rooms who had the same issue. In our second room, the air conditioner worked, but the night before we left, the toilet started leaking and had a big puddle on the floor. Hotels everywhere need to step up their game and update their facilities if they are going to charge that much money.'

'The hotel is at a perfect location in downtown Hampton and is pretty clean. However, my room #404 never got colder than 80 degrees. I went to the front desk 3 times to make them aware of this issue and all three times was told maintenance would go up and fix it. The 3rd time, they even personally called me and said they went up to the room and it was cooling down, but when I got up there after seeing the fireworks, the room was at 81 degrees. 'They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. Unless you are absolutely desperate no matter of fact sleep outside.'
