'Prachtig complex in zeer goede staat. Ik heb bijzonder genoten van het heerlijke terras aan een prachtige, ruim aangelegde achtertuin. De kamer was zeer ruim. De gashaard op de kamer komt mij over als geheel overbodig, maar misschien is dat in de winter anders. Het stadje Galena is een fraaie bezienswaardigheid.'

'The room was ok but air conditioner was not able to keep room comfortable at night. Manager said the prior weeks of heat took a toll on the east side air conditioners but service people were do in next week. No elevator for multilevel building. The carpeted steps near main entrance had popcorn scattered on them for the 3 days we were there making it appear there was poor cleaning for the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and the best part of our stay.'

'The actual beds and breakfast at this hotel are very good! The staff is nice and helpful with requested towels and blankets. It is affordable and conveniently located in a beautiful region of the state. Unfortunately, the property also shows many signs of age and dilapidation. In our room, the curtains were torn, the carpets felt, and in places, looked dirty and worn. And the bathroom was need of several minor repairs, the doors stuck and needed paint. It could be cleaner.
