'The host was very accommodating to our requests. Room was great and as described. Quiet setting close to everything. Definitely highly recommend if you are in downtown Birmingham. Close to UAB for convenience.'

'We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was nice and cozy and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we were only about 20 minutes to downtown Birmingham. Great little place for a quick get away. Thank you!'

'Nice and clean'

'I cannot wait to stay at this property again. The host gave precise instructions which made check in super easy. Location was perfect to restauarants and bars. 10/10!!!!'

'Loved this little place! It is actually a little bigger than I had imagined as a 2/1 unit. Very nicely decorated. Spotless when we checked in. Easy access provided for door lock right on time as promised. Great water pressure. Enough personal bath stuff on hand to certainly make it through several days. Plenty of towels. Beautiful hardwood floors with strategic rug placement. Very communicative owner. The beds! Oh so soft & cozy. Close to many great local restaurants & bars (if...

'Had a very nice stay here when we were in town for a wedding. The property is tucked back away from major roads, in a nice quiet area. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! The Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms was plenty spacious for the four of us to share and the half bath on the first floor came in handy. Great communication and responsiveness from the host.'

'Emma and her team are so wonderful! I had a scheduling issue and they were quick to move me to another unit. The whole place and area is SO cute. They’re ao thoughtful on everything from the toiletries to decor. I absolutely loved this place and highly recommend to anyone! '

'Nice place, clean room. Would stay again.'

'Attentive host. Great location for walking to restaurants and shops. Free weekend parking on the street. Safe. Small unit. The bed was too soft for my taste and needs to be upgraded. Great for a couple's weekend get a way.'

'Overall great stay, nice home, nice fenced yard for dog to run around, host was especially nice and responsive. Will would stay again when visiting the Bham area.'

'Some friends of mine had spoken highly about this property repeatedly. In fact every time they came to Birmingham this is where they stayed. And I was not disappointed. It's well stocked, beautiful, and an area bustling with great restaurants, bars and entertainment. I highly recommend this particular property. Oh and the balcony was a fantastic surprise. I hated going to bed because I love sitting out having a drink and listening to the people below. Sometimes I even went down to join them.'

'The surrounding properties were scary! Didn’t get out of my car.'

'Definitely returning'

'Absolutely amazing communication by the property manager. She was Johnny on the spot and very nice. Highly recommend this place, great little neighborhood with a fire station around the corner.'

'We came to Birmingham for a concert and wanted something close to the venue while also being in a safe part of town. This unit was perfect for what we wanted! It was less than a 10 minute walk to the BJCC and it was so nice not having to fight traffic when leaving the concert. It was 4 girls on this trip and we never felt unsafe in the area we were in. The host has been amazing since the time we first booked the trip and wanted to make sure we had the best experience in their rental. I highly...
