'The guest should be allowed to open or close the curtains. For room # 412 it was like looking at a pair of headlights while trying to sleep. Everything other than that was extremely nice.'

'This hotel was phenomenal. The staff at the front desk, specifically Natalie, was more than accommodating for our large group. They were able to get us checked in (early) and gave us some great recommendations for local bars/restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and a great location to Uptown and concert venues. Our room was clean with very cold A/C. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable!! We will definitely be back for a future stay. '

They had a sign in the elevator to please not place trash outside in the hallways...it wasn't the cleanest hotel I've been too. '
