'I stay at this hotel at least once a month however, this particular time we had ants infested in my room. Went to the front desk and the situation was rectified immediately. We were upgraded to a suite. They apologized continuously and made sure that we were good. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. The last experience with a staff member was very rude but didn’t see her this time around. Overall experience is great.'

'Hotel is pretty but nowhere near what you would expect for autograph. Upon arrival, none of the outlets near the bed were working.
