Kies je hotel in Hart County

'Lots of cosmetic fixes instead of real fixes. It is always concerning when they tell you there is a couple of things you need to know about your room. "Door sticks so just push hard. Everyone has trouble figuring out how the show works." Thought we had the shower figured out but still had to get staff in to get it to work. My understanding is this is a constant complaint so why not fix it. Lighting in the room was very dim. Could not even lay in bed and read because it was too dark. Shower did...

'No one to greet you while checking in. Waited about 15 min before I made a phone call. Then when the phone was ringing she came out from behind the office. Was not welcomed. Did not want to give discount. Was ready to drive across the street to another motel . Stay was ok but very dated motel. Pillows smelled musty.'

'The room was clean and spacious. The accommodation does not look neat from the outside. But the room itself is completely fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioning makes a lot of noise. Still a good hotel to stay as a stopover.'

'Very helpful staff. Great facility. Nice pool. Clean room!'

'Staff was very nice and accommodating'

'Wi-Fi has poor signal and one option crashed my computer. Room was appropriate for the super low price but not as cute as it looks in pictures. Been in worse. Gnats, drain flies, dead house flies, and the mini split smelled like it was burning.'

'Mattress and pillows very comfortable'

'Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything was newly updated. This hotel is very clean and quiet with a lot of parking space plus the parking lot was very well lit. The staff were very friendly and professional especially Logan the front desk personnel.'

'The breakfast was not good'

'Clean rooms, nice beds, a bit older but has character. Once I was able to get in contact with owners communication was seamless. Easy check in and out. Super close to the caves which make this place worth it!'

'The drain under the sink was disconnected, so when we would wash our hands or brush our teeth water would come rushing from below. We contacted the host and got a respond that someone would be over the next day. No one showed up. We left and came back to a still broken sink. Outside maintenance wasnt great either, weed killer does some wonders. We didnt even get to enjoy the hot tub. It was nasty and had a film coating the top, the sides where dirty, the water was thick and gross looking, can't...

'Excellent!! Very relaxing and quiet!'

'The property itself was as listed, but we spent an hour trying to find it. We had to stop and ask a resident of the area for directions. He said “good luck with that place. They’ve been shut down a few times” He also warned us about copperheads and rattlesnakes. We were never able to contact the host. VRBO offered to find us another place. We ended up staying at a hotel. VRBO said that they will compensate us for the cost '

'Host made false claims and tried to extort extra money out of me. Even threatened me with the police with no proof of said claims. Shame because it is a beautiful place.'

'Nice stay overall. Country and quiet.'

'Dragonfly Ranch was a great landing spot after our time at Mammoth Cave. The house is well stocked with anything you might need, the country setting is peaceful, and the horses and dogs were a highlight for our kids.'

'Perfect for our moms getaway weekend. Great area and awesome neighbors.Perfect to take the scenic route to enjoy the sights. Would definitely book again.'
