'Hotel was lovely and accommodating for travel with a 2 year old. Clean great location and feels modern.'

'Did not have warm water. After 1 minute cold water the entire room smelled like a sewer. The bath was also moving 1-2 cm. In the elevator there was the wetter of Jan-2026. We are now end of July. Did receive an other room but after the switch we left one adapter in the old room and we noties this and were able to have a look. The adapter was gone and the next day we requested of housekeeping had found if but unfortunately not. Old tired furniture, not worth Westin standard. Only positive things...

'Mooie entree. Ruime parkeerplaatsen. Prima dus'

'It was a good stay with the essentials taken care of, but there was no housekeeping at all during a three-night stay.'

'Absolutely wonderful stay, amazing room for the price, stayed 3 nights and was our first time in Ohio. Staff was super kind and helpful and the rooms were very spacious and well maintained. Great location, close to many food options. Definitely recommend :)'

'Staff was friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable! Overall happy with our stay and would come back if needed.'

'The exterior is very rundown and almost looks abandoned (torn curtains, unclean, dark)- we thought we were in the wrong parking lot. The carpet in the lobby and hallway is ragged and stained. The furniture in the common areas is old, stained, and torn. The room smelled of cigarette smoke (non-smoking room) and another odd smell. There was dried blood on the pillows and the mattress cover. There was a buildup of grime in the grout, and both the jacuzzi tub and the shower/tub looked old and grimy....

'I had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Cincinnati and would happily book it again. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by how clean and polished everything looked. The modern, uncluttered design felt fresh and welcoming, and it was obvious the space is well maintained. My room was just as spotless. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom gleamed, and the whole room had a crisp, tidy feel that made it easy to relax after a long day. The attention to detail...
