Negatief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn in Sharonville, Ohio, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The most significant issue was excessive noise. A large, loud party in the event space continued late into the night and could be clearly heard from my room on the 7th floor. I called the front desk multiple times. After the event ended, the noise continued in a nearby room with shouting and singing. A staff member kindly tried to intervene and later moved me to another floor, where it was finally quiet, but by then I had lost most of the night’s sleep and was exhausted for an important event the next morning.
There were also several maintenance concerns. There was a strong odor in the lobby and in my initial room. The window in that room was misaligned, partially open, and would not close or lock. In the second room, the window had the same issue. The shower door would not stay closed, and the bathroom door would not stay open and ended up closing on my foot, causing a minor injury.
While I appreciate the helpfulness of the front desk staff, this stay did not meet expectations and was very disappointing.
