'This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. The "kitchen" has a small (dorm size) refrigerator/freezer, sink, griddle, microwave, a coffeepot, some cabinet storage and a counter area. Folgers coffee, coffee...

'My experience was bad; the room had many cockroaches and was dirty. The furniture was old and smelled bad, and the room itself smelled of marijuana. The bathroom was dirty, the bed smelled bad, and the bathroom door had a hole in it, as if it had been punched.'
