« Place is nice and is as described. There were a few small items that could be fixed. Two spots on the walls had been repaired but not repainted. What looks like a light switch, actually turns the A/C off and on and would be great if it was labeled. Lighted mirror in one bathroom did not work. The lowest shelf over the sink looks like something spilled but never cleaned up properly. « This was the worst experience I’ve had renting an RV.. we’ve rented them from other sites and they’ve always been at RV parks or campgrounds unless it states otherwise in the listing.. no where did it say where this was located.. my stomach dropped instantly as my daughter and I pulled up to a man standing outside the home where the RV is parked. « Conditions were not as expected. Property is old and needs much improvement on the exterior and interior. Guest bathroom water did not get hot. Host was informed of many details to include pest. One TV had to be plugged out and back in each time for it to power on. Stains left on bedding in the maste suite including the pillow...this property could be enjoyable with attention to detail and upgrades »

« Very clean and much bigger than expected. It was a bit hot during the night and I didn’t see a thermostat to adjust. There were ceiling fans in the bedrooms and a standing fan in the living room though. Check in was easy and there are designated parking spaces for the unit. »
