'The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The maid we had her name is Marsha, did a real good job and was very polite and friendly. The grounds were well kept. The room was great. Thank you.'

'Spacious rooms, clean lobby, rooms need more cleanliness.'

'Not enough handicap parking spaces.'

'I do believe the room was clean. However, it is time to make some changes in the furnishings. We went to the Ark Encounter and needed a place to sleep for the night. It fulfilled our needs.'

'The place was immaculate and the staff were all so friendly! Helpful with advice on places to visit and eat. I’d definitely stay here again'

'The hotel was clean and staff very nice. The breakfast in the morning was good and lots of choices. It is a short distance from the Ark Encounter which was very convenient.'

'Need to get decent bandwidth for the wifi.'

'The staff and location'

'The people were friendly and the room was nice'

'Clean and beautiful. The bath houses were always very clean. Only down side is there’s a life lift (helicopter) right beside the tents and a train track close which creates a lot of extra noise when trying to sleep.'

'The space felt new, clean and had nice little amenities that are appreciated when on a long trip! Plenty of soaps, paper goods and eating space for average size family! Could use extra seating around tv and more comfortable fire pit seating but would definitely book again!'

'Great experience and price point!'

'Nice game room..cute decor...big tv...the second bathroom is great....not far from ark encounter...great neighbors.'

'Talk about a well thought out space. Everything was perfect. Convieniently located close to the highway but still feels private. The room was all prepped for my family of 5. Great communication prior to check-in so that we felt adequately prepared. Hot tub was clean. I kept telling my husband to take notes on how the space was created because I want one at home for guests/family. Great experience and very satisfied with our stay!'

'This was my first time glamping and that experience was absolutely amazing. I love the space inside and the fact it was air conditioned. Th outside appearance is what got me, looking like house tent. I did not mind the beautiful bathhouse which a short walk from my tent. The bathhouse was great, clean and had the essentials for bathing. I will definitely revisit this establishment again.'

'It was interesting and as close to camping as I will probably get. The restrooms were inconvenient for early morning and or late night... Could have used a chamber pot. All and all not bad.'

'The cabin is set up very cute! The loft made it possible for my grandsons to stay with us in the Cabin Cabin. The pullout couch was uncomfortable, but it is being replaced this week so that’s awesome for the next visitor. Miss Judy was wonderful. She provided a very nice cot for one of the boys. She responded to every text or call in a timely fashion. She is a darling! The setting in the woods with the stream flowing behind the Cabin Cabin was just a treat! This is a rustic cabin. The privy is...
