'The rooms were old which is fine, but did not have the basic necessity of coffee essentials when we reached room at 7 PM. When I asked front gies service desk they said they cant send anyone and to come and collect coffee at 7 PM . When I went to collect essentials like coffee powder and creamer they said they dont have it. So disconnected and rude. Just because of the proximity to smugglers notch they are full and are not hospitable at all. Would go to a different resort if I go back to...

'Very clean and very helpful . Breakfast is yummy . Had a great experience staying here.'

'Geen idee waar de positieve 10/10 review(s) vandaan komen. Kamer en faciliteiten krijgen van mij een 2/10 maar dat hebben ze te danken aan de vriendelijke eigenaren. Hotel is heel erg verouderd en ziet er slonzig uit.'

'Loved our cabin and the gorgeous view! We hope to be back some day for a much longer stay!'

'Clean caring beautiful'

'The hot food on the breakfast bar was not hot either morning. Cold eggs are kinda scary. The website says there is a guest laundry but there is not. Ice machines need to be cleaned fixed.'

'Very friendly, helpful'

'The owners were very friendly and helpful.'

'Excellent staff'

'We loved the location that was along the river but walkable to restaurants and the market!'

'DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I...

'Clean condo, kitchen had all you needed, close to Mogul Mouse lift. '

'Owner is responsive by email, tort is charming, and furniture is comfy and bright but the port-a-potty was far away, the lights were either all on or all off, there were many spaces where bugs can come in, and there was an “outdoor shower” with cold water and zero privacy curtain. Parking is not well marked and another guest parked in our spot, which we complained about but we were told to park in another spot further away.'

'Very easy place to stay! Open for us (unlocked) to arrive. Parking right by the front door for unloading. Clean, straight forward, everything as described - no questions or issues. Would definitely book again if we have a need!'

'WARNING: Host will wait until you check in and then tell you that the booking is for less days than confirmed and use predatory practices saying you have to accept the initial days to process through the request for the final day. The host knew they could only book for the shorter days because that was on the paper work at check in. They didn’t want us to cancel the whole trip, which we would have done, so they waited to inform us until after check in and driving 10.5 hours knowing we were...

'The house was as pictured. It was close to the slopes so we didn't have to catch a shuttle. There were no issues with hot water even though 4 people were sharing it. Garrett was super responsive to my messages. It was a great place to stay. Nichole'

'Overall, we had a great visit to the Smuggs area and the unit was fun and acceptable for our needs, albeit some info about the unit was left off the listing or under communicated... ProsLocation!
