« Owner is responsive by email, tort is charming, and furniture is comfy and bright but the port-a-potty was far away, the lights were either all on or all off, there were many spaces where bugs can come in, and there was an “outdoor shower” with cold water and zero privacy curtain. Parking is not well marked and another guest parked in our spot, which we complained about but we were told to park in another spot further away. »

7. Little downtown gem with parking

« The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get. »

« NO HEAT, NO LAUNDRY, NO HELP, NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION. The first evening we arrived the heat would not come on in the apartment. Communication was only provided by texts through Expedia and 3 requests for help were not answered. We ended up heating the apartment with the oven door open and a box fan. The temperature outside was 42 degrees F in the morning. That day while we were away someone came and turned on the heat and entered our apartment and turned the thermostat down. Because a laundry...

« Nous avions un Condo de 2 chambres très spacieux et relativement propre. Cependant, il y avait une odeur de moisissures à l'intérieur très dérangeante, peut-être à cause des tapis. La décoration est démodé et il n'y a aucun service au chambre. On doit faire son lit et conserver ces serviettes si l'on reste plus d'une nuit. De plus, on a manqué de papier de toilette dans une des salles de bains. Sans l'odeur épouvantable, le Condo aurait été correct. »
