It was naturally disappointing but we can't sat enough good things about the staff. The management was attentive and appoligetic. 'Very friendly lady's at the frontdesc during my check-in. Frida and Olivia gave me good advice to see some highlights in Dublin. As a suprise for me, the hotel served a free diner buffet, including free drinks, the food was very good. It was my first time in a Drury hotel, but for sure it will be not my last. This hotel is great, better then all the other hotels I stayed.'
