« The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....

« Amenities were sparse, no garbage can for kitchen, 1roll of toilet paper(5days), batteries missing for tv remote, used silverware, wrappers and dust under furniture. Loud parties/music Saturday and Sunday. Found a dead cockroach in a pan in cupboard, and to top all off... The metal door that encloses the furnace fell straight on my sister's head. Extremely disappointed! You live and learn. »

« This was an ideal place for our two-week stay while visiting The James, at The Ohio State University. The location couldn’t be better, parking was hassle-free, and loved having many restaurants within walking distance. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay.(obviously didn't use the pool as it was December. Not sure we even looked at it) »

« Very cute apartment in the perfect location! Super close to the fairgrounds and within minutes of OSU and a plethora of restaurants and breweries. The parking was very convenient and the host was very nice. We would definitely stay here again! »
