'Alles was perfect'

'Hotel is centrally located with outdoor rooftop pool (although it’s small for the hotel size). Parking is expensive but we reserved close by parking at 2min walking distance) Overall hotel is ok but we faced 2issues: 1) room was not in best shape (rain shower did not work) and window could not fully close (discovered when going to bed) resulting in more street noise. 2) hotel was booked with breakfast for 4 but (which I dubbel checked and got confirmed before going to breakfast) but during...

'This property boasts about indoor pool they fail to say not heated mine as well been outside so cold....useless plus cloudy staff boasts " been working here 12 years " but hand you keys to room with 0 instructions..no park here or the elevators are here nothing....then 2 out of 3 elevators broke...i was in rm 828 it should have been pulled from inventory one queen bed broken.....doubletree hilton????? More like motel 6...sorry motel 6 they give u bad name...NEVER AGAIN AND IM Hilton Honors...'

'Looks exactly how it’s listed, great stay overall. My only take away is there was constant noise in the alway from the other guest, if they could just insulate the rooms that would be great. '

'Staff was great The bed was super comfy and there’s a Starbucks in the lobby excellence day 10 out of 10. Just wish there was a pool.'

'Waited 12 minutes to check in. Only two people at the desk at 4pm. Also the lines were not well defined so people just started to wait wherever. We had an ADA compliant room and the bathroom was old and dirty. There was mold in the grout in decal places but particularly around the soap dish and the drain. That was very disappointing. Restaurant and bar staff was the saving grace. Wonderfully helpful and great service.'

'This was a quick overnight trip. The hotel location was central to many neighboring tourist attractions and businesses. The hotel staff were also very friendly. The cleanliness was impeccable. If I have to travel that way again, I would certainly stay again.'

'Nice room, nice staff. Price higher vs the booking price but that was solved smoothly. Nice free coffee and free wine at the happy hour. Perfect location, expensive parking but that you know in every big US city.'
