« Nice clean rooms and the entire hotel was so clean. Pool area and hot tub area very clean and nice. We will be staying here again next time we travel from Kansas City International Airport. Restaurant was really good food. Transport service was top notch. We did the stay, park and fly option. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. »

« L’accueil a été inexistant, pas un mot. Nous avons donné nos documents et après contrôle le réceptionniste nous a donné la carte de la chambre sans un mot, sans aucune information. L’hôtel est envahi par des groupes de dizaines d’enfants avec quelques accompagnateurs, ça courrait dans tous les sens, dans tous les étages. Les parties communes ne sont pas très propres, la chambre est convenable. Concernant le petit déjeuner, nous avons retrouvé les groupes d’enfants, donc c’était compliqué...

« The facility was beautiful, the Beds and room was great. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Jay who lead the paranormal tour was very knowledgeable and funny. Resturant the three owls the food was great but took forever for the food to arrive at the table. The bread was served after the meal. Kind staff but the management of the kitchen communications needs work. »
