'The room was clean and spacious with comfy beds. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was adequate, just a standard free hotel breakfast. However the room had a slightly funky smell, and the noise inside and outside the hotel was excessive. People talking loudly (or the walls were paper thin, one or the other), children constantly crying, lots of noise from the road and people in the car park. 'The beds were much smaller than expected, and only one pillow was provided per person, which made the stay less comfortable. Also, breakfast was not included. Overall, these details were disappointing and did not meet our expectations.'

'Staff was excellent very hospitable properly nice and clean well kept but I did have a few issues. One was my shower door was broke. It will slide open while taking a shower very little hot water took about five minutes before the water got hot and also my iron was leaking water on my clothing.'

'The staffs are rude and mean , they don’t have a dining so you have to talk through a glass the dining stay closed 24/7 no utensils , the ROOM WAS HORRIBLE !! It was mopped wit a dirty mop it was literally HAIR EVERYWHERE ALL OVER THE ROOM . Room was full of NATS AS WELL !!!! For the price i kinda just expected (NO TOWELS) or some but that’s RIDICULOUS! I wouldn’t refer nobody to stay at that cheap hotel'

'Checked in and immediately noticed roaches. Not water bugs like you would find at a lake, but German cockroaches. Not just big ones but babies which means there’s a ton. The Wi-Fi never worked, the shower never turned off literally ran hot water 24 hours a day. The other shower door does not close completely and you had to hold it closed while showering. The dining table is not for using. It is so poorly put together. I was afraid to set my backpack on it. The house exterior was filthy with...

'Our kids wanted to come to Jackson to see where “Stranger Things” was filmed. This house was the perfect location. Jackson has different stores. Close to the house is small general markets. It’s also right beside High Falls State Park which is beautiful. '
