« Es un buen hotel para relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Tenga en cuenta que solo incluye la habitación todo hay que pagarlo a parte. Las piscinas pertenecen al spa y nos costó el pase por un día entero 245$ por persona, no permiten niños en el spa, no podrán entrarlo a la piscina. La comida es solo americana y están los precios algo elevados, pero el pueblo queda cerca a 10 min y tienen variedad de restaurantes de diferentes países y económicos. »

« If you head into the garage from the back side you need to go up a couple levels to check in. Not a lot of signage to help you figure it out c other than that, awesome staff, location and room. »

« No hot tub! It has been filled with concrete. The pool room is so loud and echoes really bad! They allow British swim school to give swimming lessons in the pool so when they are there you can only use a small portion of it and it feels like you are very inconvenient. The hot water in the shower took 5 minutes to get warm on multiple occasions. The door handle to get in our room barely worked and we had trouble getting in every time. The automatic opener on the rear entrance door stopped working...
