'Laat ik beginnen met te melden dat het personeel erg vriendelijk was. De kamer was ruim en schoon. Echter: het inchecken duurde een eeuwigheid. Als de telefoon ging, moest ik maar weer wachten. Waarom gaat een telefoongesprek altijd voor op een persoonlijk gesprek? Verder werd er bij het ontbijt niets aangevuld. En de wifi werkte erg slecht. Om de paar minuten werd de verbinding verbroken. 'This little cabin in the woods is the best place that I have stayed in a while! It is quiet, peaceful, and heavenly. I slept for 10 and a half hours the first night and didn't even realize it. Both my husband loved it. It was clean and the bed was awesome. Getting up in morning and having a cup of coffee on the deck, by the pond, was awesome. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you. You might want to also check out the Bass pro shop in Springfield, MO. It is great!'

'The cabin was cute and clean, and the resident cats and dog were so sweet and friendly! Everyone working at the ranch was friendly, welcoming, and always available. We enjoyed the games in their basement/gameroom, and appreciated the proximity to Ava, while still being out in the country, giving us the country stay we were wanting to have. We loved that we were able to bring our cat along for the trip, and she seemed to enjoy the views from the cabin as much as we did. We will definitely...

'This was the perfect get away! Everything you would need is here. The hot tub was a nice touch. Perfect grilling area! House is roomy and very nice. Looks new or newly redone. The decor was adorable! Rented a boat one day and don't forget breakfast at Cookies in Theodosia just a few miles away! Will be coming back.'

'Nice place on the river. Great views and outdoor space. Very clean. Address marker on the road would help. Can't see the turn in due to the slope and putting the address into Google maps doesn't get you to the right place. But owner was quickly responsive when we had trouble finding it.'

'We loved using this property for our family reunion! The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but we enjoyed getting to know them, and we loved having the cozy cabins as our own space. Clean, friendly, lots of fun, and close to Ava city stores if needed. Will probably stay here again!'
