'Only 15 minutes from Athens. We stayed after a late UGA game and was so easy to get to. Quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed for a quick get away. Would have been easy to cook our own meals if we needed to. Large refrigerator! Host was easy to reach with questions. '

PROS: Lewis, the host, was easy to reach, friendly, and responded quickly to all communications. Check-in was easy with a code for a keypad. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The couches were great for relaxing; the beds were reasonably comfortable. AC and heat worked well, and ceiling fans in the living room were a nice touch. Showers had good water...

'The property was in a quiet location with fairly easy access to the greater Athens area. Overall it was clean inside, the bedroom with the attached 3/4 bath had a funny smell to it that wasn't found in other areas of the house. Cell phone reception was very spotty and that was with 3 different providers. Did not like that you could not access ESPN/SEC networks on the tv. Having a washer and dryer to use was an added bonus. I would recommend this property to others if they are looking for a nice...
