'A new establishment that more than exceeded our expectations. Everything was immaculately clean and fresh. The only thing lacking was toiletries and tissue paper. But if that is ll we have to gripe about, take your own supply and enjoy this new hotel by Marriott. It is priced nicely.'

'My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found...

'This is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore historic downtown Wilmington! We stayed here for two weeks and walked everywhere; bars, restaurants, galleries, breweries, the riverwalk, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was: even though there are restaurants right behind it, you couldn’t hear anything. Off street protected parking was great and there is laundry available onsite. While we were there, we got to know neighbors and joined them twice for drinks in the parking...

'This little apartment was very clean and cute. It's in walking distance of so many things to do and restaurants and evenings on the back deck watching the sun set were beautiful. The only thing that I will point out is the "off site parking" is a bit of a walk (approx 7-10 min). For people with mobility issues this may be a reason to find a more suitable option. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.'

'We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and vry close to the beach. However, the apartment needed a great deal of work.
1) The air conditioner is on its last leg. The apartment was so humid that my metal head band rusted and I noticed that other things in the apartment were rusted. Everything was wet feeling and bathing suits wouldn't dry.
2) The mold in the wainscot in the shower has black mold which every dangerous. There was also mold in he shower and on the curtain.
