We had such a great stay! The condo was very clean and in the perfect location in downtown Wilmington. It was within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and everything we wanted to do. The host was very responsive and made everything so easy. We had the best weekend and can’t wait to stay here again!

Such a great place to stay in an amazing location! 10/10 recommend staying here! Host was great and even had the place ready a few hours early for us! They had everything you needed for your stay! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect stay for our weekend Wilmington getaway! Close to lots of amazing restaurants and shopping. It was also walking distance to our favorite coffee shops! The parking amenity was definitely a great perk. Would recommend and stay here again!

She’ll island suite is the perfect spot downtown. Less than a 5 min walk from a ton of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for a quick trip to Wilmington. As a solo traveler I felt very safe in the area as well. Joel was super responsive and communicative, which I appreciated! Don’t hesitate to book!

Great place to stay! Responsive host. Close to the riverwalk. We had a hard time finding it because we arrived after dark and the photo in the description is of the place across the street. It would be so easy to find knowing it is right above Tarantelli's restaurant.

The place was a bit small, but definitely enough space for 2 people. The location was amazing! Perfectly situated downtown within walking distance of everything. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The only negative was the bed frame was squeaky. Every time I tossed or turned it squeaked. However, the mattress was very comfortable. Overall, the place was great. I would definitely stay there again.

My stay at this condo was perfect! It was exactly as pictured and listed. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Parking was so convenient and plenty of it. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly. At night it was very active with night clubs and bars, so it was loud outside. But inside you couldn’t hear much but the bass. I put white noise on from my phone and slept like a baby. Would definitely stay here again!!
