Flats in Wilmington

'Amazing condo! Easy check in! Condo was extremely clean, spacious and had the most amazing view of Battleship NC & Cape Fear River. This was our first stay in Wilmington and we would definitely stay at this condo again. Parking garage was close by. You can walk to everything, restaurants were close by on the riverwalk.'

'What a view !!!! The place was great !'

'Propriety was wonderful. Great location! We enjoyed the bar and restaurants but there is a full kitchen if you feel like cooking. I had a little trouble getting door unlocked but this was user error. Jody walked me through it and all was good. Great Host, replied quickly if needed. We would definitely stay here again!'

'I really enjoyed the location and parking. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but I like cushy mattresses. The only problem I had was trying to find light switches for all the lights! I never did find the one for over the kitchen counter. Also no mattress cover between sheets and mattress. Laundry is in another area of the house, but if you like to climb you can go over the balcony railing to get there easily.'

'Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. I would definitely recommend.'

'The property is very nice and clean. The directions for the parking garage are a little confusing. A little more detail on where it is located would be helpful.'

'Great spot located near everything we want to do and see. Clean safe accommodations.!Easy on street parking. Perfect spot for people to stay if you’re going to Greenfield Lake amphitheater for a concert!'

'This place was amazing. It really was. If you are here during the weekend just know it will be louder than usual because of how lively downtown wilmington is. Close to everything! I recommend the Ghost walk; it was very fun and so close by. The building on the outside looks like a store but thats only a portion of the building. If you go into the building the apartments are on the right side a little more into the building. There is a keypad in the very front of the building that allows you into...
