« We travel to Wilmington a couple times per year to see our son. We stay in the downtown area each time. This condo was one of our best stays. It was immaculate. The host was very responsive and sent our check in info at the perfect time. We loved the 3:00 check in time as it suited our arrival time. This unit comes with a parking pass and that was nice. Many units in this complex do not include the parking pass. If you enjoy walking, you can keep your car in the parking deck all weekend....

« After stressful day and the car ride here with a doggie and an elderly friend that we were helping them move to Wilmington this weekend, it was very nice to be able to rest up at his welcoming and cozy condo. We enjoyed the beautiful view and breathing the fresh air. The condo is well maintained and there are many touches that makes it feel like a home away from home.
