'Beach view and location were great and front desk lady helping us was really nice. Unfortunately the conditions of the room were very sub par, especially for 350 a night. The room was very outdated. The night stand had some sort of brown stain on the top and a giant red stain all the way down the night stand, extending to the mattress cover and floor. the TV stand was torn up and looked like something had chewed up the wood. the ceiling was peeling in the bathroom. 'It was nice and clean. But no free parking. No breakfast. There was pistachio latte advertising inside elevator. But they can’t prepare it in Starbucks. Not easy to sign in Wifi. No Netflix, you must sign into your own account. It takes time. '

'The staff were all really great and welcoming. The room was clean. The breakfast had more variety than I was expecting. Checking in and out went smoothly. '

'We had an ocean front balcony room that was very nice. It was in very good condition with a small kitchenette. The bathroom was roomy and nice. Front desk was so friendly and helpful very accommodating. We also went to the Tiki bar and restaurant. The food was very good. Over all we had a wonderful stay.'

'This property was perfect for my mini vacation. Clean, easy check in process and great that parking was included. Kitchenette served its purpose. Easy access to the beach and having a pool on property was great!!! '

'Parking was hectic. We received multiple messages during our stay threatening to tow vehicles that were not in their appropriate space. A car was parked in our assigned space for the entire duration of our stay. Either enforce the parking rules or let guests relax and enjoy their stay within the constant warnings. '

'The room was clean, however there were 3 scent plug-ins in a double room that were absolutely overwhelming. We had to unplug them and open the doors to air out the room before we could settle in. There was also an issue with the shower, the water kept pulsing on an off (ran normally for about 20 seconds, fizzled out and stopped for 5-10 seconds, came back on again with a few seconds of ice cold water before getting hot again). It's a cute family friendly place, they do allow pets in some rooms...

'Overbooked the room we requested since we have kids we needed two beds . Once we got to our room we had to use the pullout sofa that they also failed to provide the bedding for . No WiFi . Didn’t mention the pool was shutdown due to resurfacing which is a long period so it should’ve been noted in the booking . '

'Prima hotel, wel verkeerde kamer eerste nacht maar was snel rechtgezet. Bij schoonmaak werd bed niet opgemaakt en dat was jammer. Ontbijt redelijk, beste was dat je eieren naar wens kon bestellen. '
