'We asked for extra blankets and a pillow and they never came. We called the front desk three times and they kept saying they were “on their way.” '

'I booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. They don't tell you that the pool is not heated, so my kids couldn't use the indoor pool because it was ice cold. Other than that, good stay and really friendly staff, but extremely disappointing that the amenities aren't really what they say.'

'We always stay at a Hampton Inn when traveling, because we love the waffles at breakfast. The Hampton Inn billboard on our drive up even said “Waffles and wi-fi”. Small issue in the grander scheme of things, but we missed having waffles. '

'Adorably decorated hotel. Staff was super friendly. Place is very clean. We stayed two nights. No one brought in clean towels or the bottled water that was supposed to be there. I guess you have to ask for maid service for that stuff. '

'We stay at Home2Suites whenever we travel if possible because we are always very happy with our stay. We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start.
