« Hi, I stayed at the Hilton in Cincinnati on december 4th and 5th. The experience wasn’t great. When I checked in I’ve been assigned a room that already had guest in it. I had to go back to the desk to get another one. The second room was bad with bath/shower clogged and even the sink was with black water coming out from the drain. There were also stains in many areas on the carpet. On sunday, I went back to explain and I got discounted price at 100$ a night for 2 nights so around 236$ total. I...

« Stayed here for a Kings Island trip. We stayed in a suite and it was very spacious. Very clean and up to expectations. We had 6 people who all showered one after another and the water was still boiling hot after the last person. Toiletries provided smelled amazing. The pool was clean and we luckiky had it to ourselves. Towels are provided. Breakfast was better than I expected. They had sausages, waffles, eggs, oatmeals. muffins, bagels, toast, yogurts etc! Great variety! »
