'The hotel was beautiful but hot. The lobby was hot and the elevators from parking garage were extremely hot . Our room was nice and clean but the ac did not go lower than 75. It was extremely warm and uncomfortable especially while the sun was out , so we ended up leaving early in the morning before checkout because of that.'

'Very nice downtown hotel property. Public parking across the street is currently $8 for 24 hours. We stayed on the 4th of July, 2026, and from our 20th floor room we had a great view of the fireworks being set off all over the city! The grand finale was a brilliant thunderstorm!'

'Positives: The property is in a good location to walk to Great American Ballpark (it takes about 10 minutes). I liked the valet service. Made it very easy to pull in and unload. The hotel is very nice upon first walking in. Negatives: Upon first walking in the room, it was about 85 degrees on an already super hot day. It took awhile to get the air down to around 72. I noticed immediately that the sheets on the king bed were inside out. That’s very odd for a nice hotel. The room was clean,...

'The guy who staffed the front desk for check-in was too businesslike and not particularly friendly or welcoming. We called about burned out lights above the sink and were told he'd tell maintenance about, and only after we pushed did he come himself he replaced one of the bad bulbs and left.'

'We arrived early on Thursday and we were able to check in with the help of the front desk. I didn’t get her name but she was super helpful getting us into a room. Our room was spacious and comfortable and clean. We had breakfast at the coffee shop downstairs and our bagels were excellent. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Cincinnati.'

'It’s located right near the stadium that’s why we booked it. It’s walkable which was very nice. It has free breakfast and that was a plus. Valet is mandatory and 48 a day. There’s no where else to park. The street parking is limited to 4 hours. Definitely keep that in mind. It’s right off the highways and the street noise made it hard to sleep. The room was decent and clean. There’s a park next door.'
