'Did not have warm water. After 1 minute cold water the entire room smelled like a sewer. The bath was also moving 1-2 cm. In the elevator there was the wetter of Jan-2026. We are now end of July. Did receive an other room but after the switch we left one adapter in the old room and we noties this and were able to have a look. The adapter was gone and the next day we requested of housekeeping had found if but unfortunately not. Old tired furniture, not worth Westin standard. Only positive things...

'Location was great right in the heart of downtown, great restaurants in the area. The room was small. The robe that was provided had dirt marks on it wasn’t sure it had been washed. Amenities in the bathroom were not replenished. Room wasn’t cleaned on day two of our three day stay which was fine but on day three housekeeping walked in without knocking. The breakfast in the restaurant was fine but not anything to write home about. The staff in the restaurant were lovely.'

'I got sick trying to get into the room and they changed me into another room and got sick as well but they could not allow me to cancel my reservation or move so I had to leave the premise since I could not sleep there for that night.'

'The whole hotel had a cute school/childhood theme. The room I stayed in was spacious with a large sized bathroom. What was odd was the furniture and storage. The bathroom had zero counter space and the closet had only a few hangers. One of the shelf was used for holding towels because of the lack of any surface space in the bathroom. 'Bathroom door did not latch, microwave did not work. Although there is a kitchen area with a 2-burner range, pans, plates, utensils, and coffee maker are considered "optional" and available only for an additional charge. There was no vanity in the bathroom, so we had to use the kitchen counter to hold toiletries. "Breakfast" was stale granola bars and 2 flavors of prepackaged muffins. 'I had a pretty good experience staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Downtown. The location was great—very central to downtown and within walking distance of several lounges, bars, restaurants, and other attractions. 'Terrible staff, banging on the door at 1AM trying to get in the room with key, had to call police. After filing complaint with hotel management, they promised will investigate and never get back to me after multiple email inquiries. Terrible horrible experience for a business woman traveling alone.'
