'Middelgroot motel dat gelegen is aan een grote weg richting Boxhill centrum maar ook grenzend aan de Eastern Freeway. Patiovormige bouw van 2 etages met parkeerplaatsen centraal. Fraaie, bloemrijke tuin waarin 4 kunstbomen met led-lichtjes geeft 's avonds een romantische uitstraling. Wij waren ingeboekt voor een kamer op de 1e etage maar hebben ons laten omzetten naar de begane grond (room 22) omdat daar bankjes buiten staan voor de kamer.
