'Loved that we could use Atlantis. Breakfast was pretty decent. Toilet did not work. The hall was very hot. The check in process was not ideal. We requested rooms together and called 2 times and were told they had them blocked only to find out they did not. We had 2 rooms between our families and my wife and myself had to sleep in different rooms.'

'Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. Some of the front desk staff were neither knowledgeable nor particularly helpful. Upon check-in, I was given a user ID and password for the room Wi‑Fi, but neither worked. When I returned to the front desk for assistance, the employee took my phone and made some changes without explaining what she was doing. 'Recently returned from 6 days at the Atlantis. (Family of 3- 2 adults and 1 child (12)) We had an amazing experience! We stayed at The Cove and opted for the club level- which was well worth it for us! (Note- the club lounge does not allow kids under 12- staff is strict about this policy) Club includes a full breakfast in the morning and small bites after. Later there is a happy hour and a dessert bar. This helped us not always go out. (However, the club concierge was great!)

'We absolutely loved our stay at Baha Mar! The resort has everything you could ask for in one place. The property is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our experience even better.Food amazing.
