'Staying just off King Street near the river on Halloween was an unforgettable and joyful experience - we had no idea that we were going to the part of Old Town blocked off the for Halloween festivities. We were able to find the parking garage very close to our apartment and the Warehouse, the restaurant where we had a dinner reservation, was fantastic and a half a block up King Street, just around the corner... the river - just a block in the other direction. This tiny apartment suited the two...

'We enjoyed our stay and everything was as advertised. The location is fantastic within close proximity to everything. The area was easy to navigate in our car as well. The first night, we parked in a lot down the street. The second night, we risked it and left our car on the street. No ticket! There was always parking available in front of the house and there are several lots nearby that are easy as well. The owners were very communicative and made the check-in/out process really easy....

'Our stay included myself (54), my sister (56), and my mother (82). The property is two floors, each with a bathroom, which was important to my mother who can climb stairs, but likes to avoid it. Bedrooms are on the second floor, which were a little warm when we arrived (during a heat wave!), but there are fans in each room, and adjusting the AC made it comfortable pretty quickly. Each bed was comfortable, and the closets were appointed well for short stays with hanging shelves/drawers and plenty...
