'Amazingly beautiful Alaska property with great staff'

'Room has an amazing view. Bed and linens were good. Pillows a bit flat. Bathroom needs update. Had to call out the for service about the toilet being clogged twice. Very nice service staff. Had plenty of food options onsite. Overall pretty nice place. A bit on the pricey side though. '

'When we arrived late at night after a long flight we were met at the door by a man that told us the hotel was closed for renovations. What a shock to find out you don't have a hotel rooom in the middle of high season. He said someone should have called us to let us know. We did not get that call. He said we could go across the street to the Captain Hook Hotel for a room, which is owned by the same owner. We went there and they offered us a room for a higher rate than I had booked at the...

'Close to the airport and free shuttle is a plus. Nice hotel with a lot food restaurants within walking distance. Front desk was nice and let me check in early when I got there early and was waiting in the lobby. '

'Er valt weinig te zeggen want bij het inchecken midden in de nacht werd ons verteld dat ze overgeboekt waren. Terwijl we toch echt hadden betaald. Maar de manier waarop alles is opgelost is echt super. Vandaar ook mijn hoogste beoordelingen. De kamer kan ik niet beoordelen maar dat zal ongetwijfeld in orde zijn, Hilton kennende. Personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk.'
