'Het hotel was overboekt, zo bleek vele wachturen na aankomst. De villa die we hadden gereserveerd was niet beschikbaar. Er werd ook geen oplossing of compensatie gezocht of aangeboden, we kregen niet eens een drankje toen we uren moesten wachten. We moesten maar genoegen nemen met een klein kamertje zonder voorzieningen. We hadden voor 3 personen geboekt, voor ons kind was er niet eens een bed.'

This hotel serves one of the best breakfasts you will have with an extremely wide choice of international foods. Really good quality. Tip: don't sit outside as the service there leaves room for improvement. The standard room was spacious and clean. Compared to your regular European or American hotelroom, the room is definitely above standard, and it has all the regular...

'Amazing hotel with brilliant staff. Kids loved it, especially meeting the loony toon characters. Took one star off for the food - it wasn’t great (things didn’t taste that good and most of the buffet at dinner time was only luke warm). Breakfast was good though. The staff in the restaurant were amazing! So even though the food wasn’t that good, we still had a great time - which is all due to the lovely staff'

'Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam (Nezam van de schoonmaak, N. Khan van het ochtendbuffet, Adjai van de beveiling en de dame die de gasten begeleide bij het ochtendbuffet). Hotel ligt op loopafstand van Abu Dhabi Mall, een pluspunt. Hotel voor de toekomst zeker weer een optie!'
