This will be my regular hotel for when I go see concerts at Val Air ballroom or stay on that part of town.'

'Room was fantastic. Fireplace was beautiful and made the room cozy for our winter stay. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and had an upscale feel (very spacious room with high ceilings and a cool ceiling fan/light)). Bathroom was spacious but surprisingly had just a typical shower/tub combo with a large shower head and hand held wand option - lotta counter space though. Amenities were nice. Breakfast was pretty typical of hotel food. Highly recommend spending a few extra dollars to stay here...

'We love staying here when we’re in Des Moines. There’s a little coffee shop in the lobby, a great restaurant attached and a heated parking garage (they validate parking). The rooms are gorgeous, the hotel is clean, the lobby is beautiful, and the people who work there seem to genuinely like their job. '
