This home is located in the Sunnyside neighborhood, 5 minutes from Lohi, Rino, and LoDo! Uou'll be steps away from Denver's best dining and nightlife. Savor local favorites like Little Man Ice Cream, Linger, Bar Dough, Avanti Food & Beverage, and more. Whether you’re here for a weekend of exploring or a creative retreat, the Denver Art House is your home base for an unforgettable stay.

Some favorite spots that are within a 10 minute walk are Bacon Social House, The Wolfs Tailor (Michelin Star), The Radiator, and Huckleberry Roasters.

Other notable spots in the less than a 30 minute walk away are Little Man Ice Cream, Bar Dough, Avanti Food & Beverage, El Five, Bartaco, Linger, and SO many more.

And even better, easy access to the highway for a quick jaunt to the mountains for some hiking or skiing AND only 17 minutes from Red Rocks!

This is a very walking friendly neighborhood! There are many bars, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. You can even walk to LoHi which is a 5 mins drive and 25 mins walk or get around by Lyft or Uber. There is also parking available on the premise for up to 2 cars as well as street parking.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours for the backyard are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Thank you for keeping noise down during this time, as it ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors. If we do receive any noise complaints during quiet hours, a $1,000 fee will be applied to your reservation.

SMOKING
To keep Denver Art House fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted anywhere on our premises. If smoke is detected, a $500 fee will be applied to your reservation.


GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY HOLD (Which is not a security deposit), & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED

Hi! We are your welcoming hosts and we look forward to hosting you. This place is extraordinary and does require guests to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions. You will have an option of either $1000 hold of a fully refundable deposit OR a waiver charge of $45 which covers up to $1500 in damages.
