'Great stay!'

'Modern, clean, quiet, comfortable. Minimal annoying LEDs in the bedroom - yay! Two potential improvements: we like a cool bedroom and warm bathroom, but it's not possible to heat the bathroom separately. Breakfast wasn't early enough to allow us to eat comfortably and get to our event; an earlier breakfast start would be great.'

'Everything was good except two things. One, the shower did not get hot enough for our family’s taste. The second one was that the house cleaner came in even after my girls said no you may not come in. She may not have heard it, not sure. It is also my fault that I did not place the do not disturb sign on the door knob when I went down to the laundry room. '

'Parking online says $8 per day. I was charged $24 per day. Found a teeth flosser in spare bed. Also had to ask for pillow case for spare bedding didn't include one. Had to ask housekeeping for a shampoo as they had 2 body washes and 1 conditioner in the shower.'

'Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest. One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me...

'Room was okay. Basic. In-the-wall AC/heater unit. Housekeeping skipped stopping by and restocking coffee and trash once. One coffee pod given per night for 4-cup machine. Most annoying part was us getting there and our room being ready, yet being charged a $25 fee to check in “early” after a long travel day. We paid because we were tired, but most places will let you check in as a courtesy if the room is available. Other than that, it was okay. I won’t be back as I saw there are many other...

'Really liked Katie who checked us in. Got us a room on the bottom floor which we appreciated. The breakfast on Sat. was nice but on Sunday lacked food and plates. Felt bad for the girl that was running it...she was overwhelmed but very nice.'
