The hotel is new to people who lived in the area, it sits on one side of a mall historically surrounded by desert and highways. At checkin-I was greeted with a $10 dollar outdoor, uncovered parking charge that was sloped where spots were available. 'Very friendly staff. Nice room, clean, comfortable bed. Hotel well maintained. Complementary breakfast was fine. Wifi was slow. Sufficient parking space and easy access towards Lake Tahoe. All in all value for money. '

'I would give them 5 stars but since I have 5 nights reservation 7/16-7/21, I was told at check-in that my room would be clean on the 4th day (7/19). After returning back from a long day of sightseeing and hiking, I can to a room that was not clean. I immediately went to see front desk, and I was told that housekeeping attempted to clean my room on 7/18 but I had a “Do not disturb” sign on my door. Mind you that the change in the cleaning schedule was not communicated to me. Front desk mediated...

'Very nice and clean hotel. The breakfast were one of the best that I have had In a hotel that includes breakfast with the price. It’s located in a great area with a lot of choices for shopping and food. It was very close to my daughter‘s house who we were visiting, Located very close to the interstate-easy off/on. Pretty close to Mount Rose Highway if you’re going up to the north side of Lake Tahoe. Or you can stay on the interstate and go a little further down to Carson City (about 30 minutes)...
