'Nice space, accessible to the boardwalk, easy parking, and very friendly and accommodating host. Had a great time, highly recommend and would stay here again.'

'I cannot say enough about the amazing communication with the host. She was AMAZINGLY quick to respond to any questions and issues. Upon check-in, we experienced a small issue with the bedroom, which was quickly fixed by the host and the cleaning team. Additionally, the dryer was scheduled for a repair directly prior to our stay, which was also communicated clearly to us! The proximity to the beach was terrific, the property was clean overall, and the host was very communicative and kind! We...

'The condo is beautiful and you can't get a more centralized location than the corner of Rehobeth Avenue and the Boardwalk! (Might have been just a little too easy to get to Kohr's ice cream, Thrashers French fries, Grotto's Pizza, and Fisher's popcorn for the waistline, but who counts that on vacation!). The living area is lovely and we had plenty of space and a well-appointed kitchen. The bedrooms are a little small but they were comfortable and adequate. I had missed on the listing that the...

'This place was perfect for my husband & I, and our 2 small kiddos! Quang was quick to respond after I noticed the toaster was missing, and he brought me a brand new one within 30 minutes! Space seemed larger than I imagined from the pictures, and large outdoor space as well!'

'The property was so beautiful. Insanely clean and had so many cute features. Me and my boyfriend especially loved the rocking chairs, view from the dining room/living room, outside furniture, and outdoor shower. Would definitely come back again! :)'

'Cute and clean! The perfect size for 2 people and the location was perfect. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Bike path was close and the porch was an added bonus. It is not your typical Vrbo since we had to go pick up the code/key from the real estate office and sign a lease prior to arriving. We also had to purchase insurance. Linen package was included; however, toilet paper was not.'

'The condo was beautiful, nicely furnished, clean and only a half block from the beach. Great location. However, communicating with the host, Vue Stay Vacations was a nightmare. Prior to leaving for my trip, I messaged them twice with questions I had and never had a response, even though I received an email that my message was sent. I had to call them the day before we left to get the "Check-in email" with the access codes and address of the condo. We knew we had access to a pool but no...

'There was leak from upstairs the day before but they had cleaned it all up except for a really sticky floor. Traffic was load but a great location. Tricky getting the garage pass with no parking in front. I recommend indications for pulling around the corner and running in for the parking pass.'

'It would be great if there was an emergency key nearby in case people accidentally lock themselves outside.'

'Our family felt at home here! The decor was cute and it was clean and comfortable upon arrival. Thank you for having us!'

'Great location. Very clean and cute place. The unit is not marked with a number. Bathroom is extremely small. Could’ve left a roll of TP for arrival. A couple steps up to the unit were loose.'

'The place was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was amazing being right on the beach as we have small children so we were back and forth often. There was also a lovely view of the ocean. I would recommend if you have small children to bring child-friendly dishes and cups. The ones provided are beautiful but fragile.'

'The check-in was smooth. The room was clean and as advertised. The kitchen had all the appliances you would expect. The only thing I would say is that the space is very small and it’s best suited for just making coffee in the morning and keeping your leftovers in the fridge. Not much space if you actually want to cook something and you need space to work.'

'This property was clean and very convenient to the community pool. It was close to Cape Henlopen State Park which was also nice. About a 15-20 minute drive to Rehobeth beach boardwalk with traffic. Communication with the host was great. Be aware that the "extra" queen bed listed in the living room is an air mattress.'

'Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location. Clean. As described in the listing. We had a great few days away and loved being so close to the beach and boardwalk.'

'The laundry is off the back of the building.'

'The condo was very comfortable & nucely decorated. I loved the screened in pirch which I didn't notice in the listing of amenities. The location was perfect only minutes to the boardwalk, restaurants & tons of shopping. '

'Staying at this bungalow was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the impeccably clean home. The space was larger than we anticipated based on the photos. It’s in a convenient location to enjoy the charming historic downtown, beaches, and state park. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends heading to that area.'
