Great location with parking. Good place for the price. Would be helpful to have a few more items in the rental such as a broom to sweep up sand and a toaster. Shower handle was broken but owner was aware and addressing the issue. Easy communication with host.

Our family of four recently stayed and we were happy with the location and cleanliness of the unit. It was helpful having a parking pass and although we had to pay extra, the parking under building was helpful as when we arrived it was hard finding permitted parking nearby to unload. The communication with host was good. A couple of small amenities would have been helpful: a toaster, and bath mat for outside the shower.

We had a great stay in this perfectly located apartment. It was steps to the beach and boardwalk, outfitted with everything we might need, and felt like home. Highly recommended!

It was the perfect place at the beach.

The location of the condo was great, it was in walking distance to the downtown area and the beach. The place was set up perfectly, we had everything we needed, and the parking spot really helped.

I cannot say enough about the amazing communication with the host. She was AMAZINGLY quick to respond to any questions and issues. Upon check-in, we experienced a small issue with the bedroom, which was quickly fixed by the host and the cleaning team. Additionally, the dryer was scheduled for a repair directly prior to our stay, which was also communicated clearly to us! The proximity to the beach was terrific, the property was clean overall, and the host was very communicative and kind! We would suggest to travelers that tend to sleep lightly to realize that the property does have a guest room upstairs, so you may encounter a few noises at times. If you are a sensitive sleeper, it may be helpful to bring earplugs. We truly enjoyed our stay, and hope to come to Rehoboth Beach again soon. If you are looking for a clean place with close proximity to the beach, this is a perfect place for a couple or small family. The dedicated, covered parking space that is available for a fee is great, as well.

Apartment was exactly as described. Very roomy and comfortable. Kathryn was very responsive and replaced the coffee maker within an hour when I reported it broken. Location of apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. Right in the middle of all the action! Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean apartment. The area was perfect for everything including be close to the beach. I must say though this is the only place I've stayed where I had to bring bedding, pillows, towels and wash cloths. It was a very different experience for me lol. Not horrible though since we were warned ahead of time.

Not so good

Nicely furnished, cheerful apt with parking in the heart of it all - and that's where the positive comments end. The promised queen-sized air mattress was missing; the floor had multiple wet spots with water leaking up from under the boards; the shower smelled of mildew after running the water; ants in the kitchen; and no vacuum or hand-vac or even broom for sand, which is pretty much a requirement for a place so close to the beach. Granted, I didn't contact the host until after we left, but they denied all these issues and refused to offer a refund over a stingy 10% of the full fee. I've also yet to receive it.Stay for the location but beware, you won't be too comfortable. Hopefully they lower the price to better reflect the condition.
