« Very nice stay. Very clean. A few minor things the owner could not know about if I didn’t tell them. Prompt attention from the owners. Would recommend to anyone. Had one major issue and the owners were prompt and efficient. Not anything they did just a freak issue that came up. Definitely stay here the place will not disappoint »

« We were very disappointed with this stay. Before I booked this place I messaged the owner / RE/Max regarding the property details and was given responses that ended up not being accurate. For example, the vrbo listing said one of the bedrooms had a daybed and 2 twin beds, but after I booked the non-refundable stay the owner said there are only 2 twin beds in that room. Another example, the vrbo listing said there is free wifii, but we were not provided any wifii info (username and password)...

« It was a great place to stay, the nicest we have been to in our many stays at Dewey Beach. The house was clean and well-appointed. Even the cookware was of good quality. The unit was ideal: an end unit with a clear view of the beach (sunrise) and up the beach in both directions. We would gladly stay there again. The host was very friendly and responsive. All good in every way. »

« This was our second stay at this condo and we love it there. The condo was very clean. We had a little trouble with the directions to unlock the door but a quick call to Faith and her husband and we were in without issue. « David communicated with us in advance to welcome us and ask if we had any questions. His property manager was friendly and met us at the apartment when we were checking in. He also gave us lots of tips for good restaurants and local events going on over the weekend. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner and relax to play family games. We would love to stay again some other time. Thank you! »
