Bask in the ambience of the refreshing and breezy Sunny Breeze Condo, proudly situated on the highest floor. Decorated exquisitely in a delightful mix of blue and white coastal hues, it offers breathtaking sunset vistas from the front patio. Look forward to waking up to a tranquil eastern view off the master bedroom.

Take full advantage of the two spacious bedrooms that comfortably sleep four, and a cozy couch able to accommodate an extra guest. The condo also features two clean bathrooms and a convenient laundry room. Included in the facilities are one designated parking space and handy beach essentials like chairs and towels.

Nestled just a block away from the beach and less than a mile to town or the track, our prime location allows guests to enjoy a variety of activities within walking distance. With an array of restaurants and shopping options in the nearby Solana Beach (less than a mile away), you`ll never lack for things to do or places to explore.

Spring Break at the Beach

We absolutely love the Del Mar and Solana neighborhood and return to the area regularly. This condo is in a fantastic location, just a block from the beach. It is beautifully decorated on the inside and quite comfortable and clean. Our sons enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys. Despite the location on a Main Street and the multi-level complex, the condo was also peaceful and quiet. The property manager communicated well, and the instructions inside the condo are all easy to follow. I would love the opportunity to return again.

One of the best

We have stayed in Holiday rentals globally, this was one of the best properties we have stayed in. There was nothing that was missing or needed. The property is thoughtfully maintained and outfitted including dimmer switches in some of the rooms. We own a Holiday home in Tucson and we are usually disappointed with other stays because we provide top amenities. We feel the care of this property was as good as the care we take of our Holiday home.

We’ve rented in the building before but this unit was much nicer. The pictures accurately show how nice the unit is outfitted and decorated. It is very well equipped with all the amenities you may need. The location is outstanding, just a short walk to a beautiful beach!!

The a/c wasn’t working at all when we arrived. Our Host Gina went to Home Depot and bought a portable a/c unit, that was terrific. It wasn’t big enough for the second bedroom, it was too hot to sleep in there.

Close to the beach!

Nicely appointed, clean third floor condo with a peek of the ocean! Easy access to the beach, near by restaurants and shopping. Comfortable accommodations and the owner provided plenty of amenities along with clear instructions. The elevator next to the unit was a bonus. We were pleased that a small dog was permitted in the unit and so close to the dog beach!
