« Just to note the concierge was a bit of a dud. I had no idea where our room was, how to get to it or where to park. Usually you're given a map of the property or a least directions. Also we had many stairs and had an injured guest I should have asked about stairs before. The room was great although noisy with the train very early in the am. The rest was great and we had a nice stay. »

« Well-appointed condo in a laid-back, quiet complex. Parking was super convenient to unit. Oceanfront Pool and Spa. Stairs to beach was right next to property, which is not so common in this area. We've stayed at many VRBO ocean-front rentals from Leucadia to Del Mar and this was one of our favorites. Scott, the host, was also top-notch with his communication and efforts to make our stay the best possible. We stay at VRBO properties in various parts of world, so know how important a good host is....

« I stayed here with my husband, 74 year old father and 4 year old daughter and it was lovely. Having the grill and full kitchen was so helpful, plus 3 bathrooms and laundry were so convenient. Pretty quiet, and the pool closest to us was perfect. Not a pain at all to walk to the beach, and the backpack beach chairs provided were great. »

« This unit was the perfect 3bdrm, 3 bath ocean view for three adults. It was well decorated, comfortable, clean and had all the amenities - well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, towels, fans - beautiful, large master bedroom. The managers were immediately responsive if we had minor issues. Complex smaller so quieter and feels newer. Post office begins early so that was noisy for bedrooms facing, but my only complaint. would highly recommend. »

« This property is as shown. The condo unit is bright, clean and 2 minutes to the beach! The view in the morning upon awakening and at night at sunset is beautiful. The sound of the waves make a wonderful sleeping sound. The condo is located near stores and restaurants and is in a nice, safe neighborhood. Nick and Amy were very responsive to all queries. « Steve was super responsive, and the property was lovely. The view was just as pretty and dramatic as the photos looked. Beds were comfy, and maintenance to fix beeping fire alarm was very fast. Loved having the full kitchen; plenty of dishes. Would definitely stay here again! »

« We LOVED this home! It is a beautiful space with everything you need for a perfect vacation. We enjoyed the amazing garden right outside our door, the convenience of shops and ocean, using the pickleball courts daily and the pool/hot tub. The location of the property is perfect for beaches everywhere, San Diego, Disneyland, LA and so much more. »

« We had a wonderful stay! Great communication, easy access. The unit has great views (even nicer in our opinion than pictures.) Very clean, comfortable (great beds), and well cared for. Close to pretty much everything (quick drive to grocery.) Lots of nice little restaurants and shops walking distance or short drive. Del Mar beach is just a few blocks walk south and Solana Beach a few blocks north. Can't say enough good things. Will definitely come back. »

« This condo is kids friendly and is located at very convenient place, right next to the pool and jacuzzi. Condo itself is very clean and kitchen has all condiments. We enjoyed it very much and see ourselves coming back here again. »
