'The only negative thing we noticed was that the carpet in front of the mini-fridge was heavily soiled and needed cleaning. Everything else was clean, fantastic, and in excellent working order. We had a comfortable stay.'

'Stayed 1 night to visit Millikin. Best hotel I have stayed at in the area. Clean, quiet, conveniently located. Desk staff Trisha went above and beyond. Breakfast was really nice and I am pretty fussy. Hot, clean and many choices. I enjoyed my stay and will be back.'

'We loved our stay. David was such a generous host. We had a unique situation where we were in town for a family emergency. David was kind, empathetic, flexible, generous and accommodating. We can’t thank him enough. We will be visiting Decatur again over the next few years and hope to stay on this property. It is really close to Millikin University which was a huge bonus. '

'We rented this vrbo during a heat wave, so we spent a lot longer inside than out. The AC systems worked well and we had a great time using the kitchen and media area. Id love to come back sometime to use the baskwtball, pickleball, and bocce ball courts as well as the outdoor bar. Zack and Bex were great hosts and responded very quickly. A few small thinga to improve: Some of the fans did not work, i expect the remotes just need a new battery. The AC could not go lower than 75. This is fine...
