The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. 'The "Treehouse" is a lovely getaway right on the Ocean. It is clean and very generously equipped with just about everything you could ask for a quick weekend away. The unit has a local, beachy vibe that just makes you feel like you are really on retreat. The walk up the stairs to the entrance gave us some good exercise.
